For eligible Health First Colorado HCBS waiver members, including people with intellectual or developmental disabilities on applicable waivers, Non-Medical Transportation may be included in the person-centered plan. Participating HCBS organizations/providers may use Lyft Pass for Public Funding to cover approved rides.
